The school I work at has a staff breakfast once a month. It’s a nice gesture on the school’s behalf. Today was the St. Patrick’s Day breakfast. The crumb-buns were delicious!
Dealing with a difficult boss? Wish you could say something to make a difference, but feel like you can’t? Want to share why your boss is one in a million?
Now's the time, this is the place to tell your boss exactly what you're thinking. Vent your frustrations. Sing your praises. Offer suggestions. Give support and guidance. Speak your mind. Together, we can improve workplace communication and job satisfaction.

My boss is letting everyone work a half a day Wednesday to go watch the St. Patrick’s Day parade. Cheers to him!
Weigh in on the Question of the Week

Weigh in on the Question of the Week
What advice would you give to someone considering a mid-life career change?

Thank God it’s Friday! I feel like this was such a long week. Anyone feel the same way?
Workplace Bullying Documentary
I’m the producer on a feature documentary currently in production by Emmy and Sundance Award winning director Lee Hirsch about bullying. We are looking to share the stories of those who are currently dealing with bullying in the workplace, and aim, through this film, to raise awareness about what a critical issue this is, and hopefully find some solutions. We are looking for people who are currently contending with bullying in their workplace to participate in the film. For more information, please contact bullyproject@verizon.net.
Weigh in on the Question of the Week
Do you think developing a relationship with a co-worker or a boss outside the office would help or hurt your job situation?
What good does a company vision do if your boss is unwilling and unable to share the strategic vision with you? Ultimately, we are the ones who will make it happen, but I can’t work toward it if I can’t see it.
