You can’t give an identical task to two individuals and expect to get identical results.

I may be able to work up spreadsheets for you all day, but my co-worker might prefer a completely different method of presenting the information to you.

Allocate your resources based on their strengths! Some folks are “big picture” people, and some are more “detail” oriented. Neither is necessarily right or wrong.
