So in my job there are a lot of bosses on top of the store managers, and in my job the district manager is a wimp, he dosent like confrontations. Whenever something needs to happen he has someone else do it and then diapears for a couple weeks till it blows over. I cant stand it. Be a MAN!

  1. He is definitely a bad manager. You can’t just disappear and leave your responsibilities for someone under you to do. I am sure no one at your job can stand what he does. He does not deserve to be a manager. Is there a way you can report him?
